• You hold winning outcome tokens.
• Wallet is connected to the correct network.

Step-by-step

1. Open portfolio or market detail.
2. Check final market outcome.
3. Click Redeem on eligible position.
4. Confirm transaction in wallet.
5. Wait for on-chain confirmation and balance update.

Common issues

• Not resolved yet: wait for oracle settlement finalization.
• No redeemable balance: position may be on losing side.
• Network mismatch: switch wallet network and retry.

Verification

• Check transaction hash in explorer.
• Confirm collateral balance increment in wallet/app.
